The GL300 series (LTE) includes three GNSS asset trackers that are designed for lone worker, vehicle, pet and asset tracking applications.

Long standby Time

Without reporting:480 hours

5 Min reporting :260 hours

10 Min reporting :300 hours

Auto-Unlock SIM PIN

This function is used to unlock the USIM automatically. There are two mode to select, automatically unlock or not.

Protocol Watchdog

This helps the device avoid working in an abnormal status for a long time. There are two working mode of the watchdog function: Disable or Reboot . And also can set whether report before reboot.

SOS Alarm

Long press power key for 1.5 seconds to activate the SOS mode. After long pressing the function key for 3 seconds,the device will report the current position.

Time Adjustment

This function is used to adjust local time. If the GNSS fix is successful, the local time will be automatically adjusted according to the GNSS UTC time.

Outside working hours

To protect the privacy of the driver when he is off duty,the device could be configured to report empty location information outside working hours.

Speed Alarm

The device will report speed alarm when its speed is outside or inside of a predefined range.

Non-movement Detection

There are several mode that you can set.

a. When it detects non-movement, then enter power saving mode.

b. Report when it detects non-movement.

c. Report when it detects movement.

d.Change the GPS fix and report interval when non-movement is detected.

Jamming Detection

when the detection condition is matched, the device will report the event message to the backend server according to the setting. There are three mode that you can set the jamming detection function.

Temperature Alarm

You can set the Max and Min temperature, the device will report temperature alarm when the temperature is outside or inside a predefined range. Of course, you can disable while not need it.

Now we have not developed their own tracking platform for the model of GL300 series (LTE), but our devices can be compatible with the well-known tracking platform on the market:

The series supports LTE Cat M1/NB1 on multiple bands for operation in America, Europe, and Oceania with a fallback to GPRS.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.


Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
